Keep in mind that Rogers dates are not the date that their items were made, but when the particular part of their business was created.
F B Rogers Silver Co was a silversmithing company founded in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts in 1883.
The creamer with cover, and the sugar are excellent. The tray has a spot where the silver plating was lost. You can see it on a couple of the photos of the tray. It's the same spot in both photos.
These items will be needing polishing. With the proper silver polish, they clean up easily.
