KWA Full Metal M226-LE Tactical PTP Gas Blowback Airsoft Pistol
KWA’s Professional Training Products, or PTPs, are gas blowback guns designed to be usable as training weapons by military, law enforcement, or private security personnel.  PTPs provide a realistic and low-cost alternative to other training implements available.  They are designed to be fully compatible with all gear or accessories available for their real steel counterparts.  The operation of the weapon is accurately replicated for a more realistic and dynamic training experience.  Though PTPs were designed with the public safety professional in mind, because of the same reasons they make excellent training tools, PTPs also make great airsoft weapons for gameplay or collection purposes.
The Sig Sauer P226 has a reputation as the handgun of choice for many Navy SEALs, and it is also used by law enforcement officers and other government personnel.  Naturally, KWA’s PTP version of this popular pistol is nothing short of stellar.  Featuring a metal slide and frame, this pistol boasts an impressive weight and feel.  All of the functions of the real pistol are replicated, including take down, the double/single action trigger, and the hammer de-cock lever.  The frame features an integrated accessory rail to allow the operator to install a flashlight and/or laser, and tactical three dot combat sights assist with target acquisition.  The high quality polymer grip is textured to help the user maintain a positive grip, and is contoured perfectly for the human hand.  The grip features an integrated lanyard loop as well.  Additionally, all of the pistol’s controls are placed within easy reach of the thumb of a right-handed shooter’s shooting hand.  For left-handed shooters, both the magazine release and take down lever are reversible.  All of these features combine to make a good working, good shooting, and realistic P226 training weapon for both the discerning professional, and the avid airsofter.
The new 2017 KWA M226-LE provides a fresh update to one of KWA’s most popular GBB pistols. An upgrade from etched markings to stamped markings on the slide give this new version a more realistic feel, while a switch to a matte black frame finish off the modern frame. Most notably, this 2017 version will feature an authentic HOGUE® Monogrip® to give the M226 a more aggressive look and superior handling.
Used by various law enforcement agencies and military units from around the world, the M226 also features a fully functional de-cocker on the left side allowing users to safely release the hammer with a chambered round, as well as a fully functional slide catch and magazine catch. An accessory rail allows the user to add an array of attachments to better adapt to many combat situations. Powered by the reliable NS2 gas system, the KWA M226-LE is a fully capable combative training tool for both servicemen and civilians.
