WARSAW POLAND for Russian Empire, Last Century.
At the bottom of the stamp manufacturer.
Creamer belonged teacher of Russian language and literature.
Creamer looks magical.

Historical reference:
The name of the company "Fraget"
was given in honor of the founder Joseph Frager (Josef Fraget, 1797-1867),
which organized in 1824.
Soon the word "Frager" became a household word,
