Chrome-Plated Cream and Sugar Cups - Unknown Brand.
I don't think these are silver-plated as my past experience with silver was an item with a rougher texture to it.  Nonetheless these containers would look nice on anyone's coffee table.  As can be seen in the photo there is a bit of roughness on the edge of the platter but nothing that would cut fingers unless you rub them extremely hard over it.  The length of the platter is about seven inches, and each cup is about three inches with the lid (there's only one lid).  As with all of my products if you are not completely satisfied you may return the item for a full refund.
