Improving on the FNP™-45 Tactical, developed for the U.S. Joint Combat Pistol Program, the FNX™-45 Tactical was born and bred for battle. Like its legendary FN forefathers, this combat handgun was designed to not only survive the battlefield, but to emerge victorious. It is the latest in technological advancements in handgun engineering, offering .45 ACP performance and a host of unique features that no other handgun can match.
Like its real steel counter-part, the FN Herstal FNX-45 Tactical by Cybergun & VFC makes use of a railed polymer frame and metal slide.  The frame of this modern combat pistol houses many unique features - including an ambidextrous slide catch, magazine release and on frame safety lever.  The safety lever doubles also as a decocker allowing the pistol to utilize is single action / double action trigger.  The pistol grip features a very aggressive diamond texturing allowing airsoft operators to maintain a more positive grip while skirmishing.  The frame is railed, allowing players to mount a flashlight, laser or other tactical accessory to enhance their gameplay.
The slide of the FNX-45 Tactical is made of a lightweight, yet extremely durable, aluminum.  The pistol uses a unique set of sights that sit higher than commonly seen on airsoft pistols.  These raised sights allows airsoft players to utilize their iron sights while using an airsoft suppressor.  And to complete the pistol’s finish, it features engraved FN Herstal and FNX-45 trademarks and logos that add that extra touch of realism to such a high quality and skirmish able sidearm.
