aybe a mechanically minded individual could tweak the wires and repair him? We tried fresh batteries with no success. He is still an adorable collector's piece - or could just be played with and loved by a child.
Excellent condition, with the exception of the above. No obvious flaws or stains. Filling and fur is velvety soft and plush. Little to no signs of play or display. No ear tag.
