Dan dee Black Halloween cat candle stand Collectors choice Plush Vintage look

14 inch Plush black cat with the Vintage look to it.  Does not have a year on the tag.  I have never seen a dandee attached to a candle stick but this one definitely looks like  belongs to the candle stick.
Cat is 14 inches form tip of tail to top of ear, the Orange  candle stick is 12" Please see pictures of condition.
I have a matching pumpkin  scarecrow on candle stick up for sale as well,   I will happily combine for shipping.
