This is an Arte Italiana Collection Paragon Mezzo ballpoint pen by Omas.  The pen features black ink and a 12-faceted design with a Greek-key band, and contains precious metals including 18k gold, 925 sterling silver, and 925 vermeil.  The pen comes with a soft felt Omas holder box, the outer cardboard set box, felt pen bag, multi-language booklet, and Omas card.  The pen works great and is overall in very good shape with minor cosmetic scuffs & scratches.  A sticker on the pen box reads "JW5 2321" though I am not sure if the pen is this model or JW6 2321, if you have an older Omas catalog you may be able to confirm for yourself.  The Omas felt box is overall in good shape though there is some indentation on the inner lid from contact with the pen and felt bag, as well as some other lighter indentations, wear, and lint. The cardboard set box is overall in good shape though does have some small scuffs, nicks, scratches, small dents, and minor tears.  The felt pen bag has indentation from pressure between the pen and inner box lid, as well as some lint.  The Omas booklet has some bending and scuffs though is otherwise in decent shape.  The Omas card is in good shape with only minor bending.
