Heavy Pellini Bijoux brutalist style 1980s bracelet with a shield design in brass on possibly sterling or darkened steel- it isn't marked but looks like tarnished silver.
It is 2 3/8" across but can be bent to fit, and it is 1 1/2" wide at widest points.
