    Jim Bowie tries to enforce a government treaty and  keep the peace between settlers and Comanches.  Trouble ensues when the settlers plan to defy the agreement and mine for silver.
    Lewis Meltzer and Oscar Brodney penned the screenplay based on a Lewis Meltzer story.
    Maureen Ohara, Will Gear, and MacDonald Carey as Jim Bowey, star.
    The script has the patina of age but is quite readable.
