Rogers Bros Antique Silverplate Tall Footed Creamer 1704.
Pre 1898 silverplate creamer. Great antique creamer in as found condition. Could be polished if you prefer. 6.5" tall x 4.5" from handle to spout. Great detail, slight scratches, no dents could be polished to a high shine. Sits solid on its base no tilting. Please see all photos. This is a great piece for display or with flowers or for use!
