Vintage Bolivia Quadruple Creamer "COLUMBIAN QUADRUPLE 8033" (tarnished)

Description

Vintage Bolivian Quadruple Creamer. The bottom shows is marked "COLUMBIAN QUADRUPLE 8033" .
It does not say that it is silver plated but it is showing a beautiful tarnish on the piece.
The latch on the lid works. The bottom has a small dent which shows in the picture as a dark area on the edge above the writing.
