Stunning cocktail ring created by Cartier in New York in the 1970's.
It features a beautiful oval-shaped Persian turquoise set in 18 karat yellow gold and accented with round brilliant cut diamonds, round faceted emeralds and sapphires.
The top of the ring measures 1 x 1/2 x 1/2 of an inch. The turquoise measure 20.81 x 10.21 x 6.90 mm.
Size 6.75-7.
Weight 19.1 grams.
Stamped with Cartier maker's mark, place of manufacture, a serial number and a hallmark for 18 karat gold.
