Vintage Ernest & Julio Gallo Wine Cellars Wine Barrel Oval Mirror Clock

This item is a preowned 1980's Ernest & Julio Gallo wine barrel style oval frame, and mirror clock. The clock runs on 1 AA battery, and does not work. The mirror is a smoked glass with reverse foil lettering, roman numeral numbers, ribbon, grapes, leaves, and other designs in excellent condition. The frame barrel is faux wood made to look like real wood. It measures 15" tall X 13 3/4" wide. the sides are 2 1/2" in height. The mirror measures 12" tall X 10 1/2" wide. This piece is in very nice condition with the exception of a spot discoloration on the frame. I believe it was made this way when manufactured. Not for sure. Some reflections show in photos on the mirror. This is a great vintage advertising piece for one of the early, well known mainstream wine makers. The backing is cardboard, and can be taken off to fix the clock.
