VINTAGE FABRIC MILLINERY FLOWERS PALE LAVENDER BUNCH OF 6 ON WIRED STEMS 1950'S

Description

Lightweight thin taffeta flowers, palest lavender blue with magenta purple edges on the petals,  a spray of 6 flowers. Vintage late 1950's or early 1960's.
There are 2 layers of 5 petals ---10 petals each flower.  The petals have been embossed to have a texture..
They are almost white---very pale lavender, hand tinted, shading to white at the center, perfect for bridal, millinery design, baby .....
Each flower is about 2" diameter.
The stamens are off-white, tipped with dark red.
Including the green wire stems, each bouquet is about 8" long.
Originally designed for spring millinery, but so adaptable for other projects!
Made in the German Democratic Republic (East Germany).
This is new old stock.  Kept in smoke free, pet-free, dust-free storage since the 1980's.
These are shipped in a box to keep them from being crushed.
