Vintage SILVER On Copper Creamer and Sugar SET 2 Lions Holding Shield LB

What a charming vintage creamer and sugar set!
Marked "silver on copper" on the bottom. Not sure of the maker, maybe you’ll be able to identify from the photo.  Looks like it is 2 lions facing each other holding a shield.  I have looked high and low and cannot identify by name.  While I was cleaning the sugar, a coin shaped piece on the bottom popped off (this is the part with the maker’s mark and silver in copper) to reveal the marking "Chromium Plated LB".  The creamer appears to have the same type of coin shaped piece on the bottom, but that is still affixed to the piece. I am puzzled, but want to give you all the info that I have.
The double handled sugar measures 3 7/8 inches high In the center, but the handles are a little taller, they measure 4 1/4 inches high. At its widest point, the cup measures 5 1/2 inches.

This is an old set and has wear consistent with its age. I think it only adds to its personality. I have taken a lot of photos so you will know exactly what you’re getting. I think you’ll be delighted!
