Vintage 1930's Sterling Silver plate sugar bowl.
The bottom is stamped Wm A Rogers
normal wear from use, no major damage.
Pretty filigree handles.
My apologies for all the reflections in the 2 pieces in my photos, it was like photographing a mirror.

The firm was founded in the 1890s by Wm. A. Rogers a small storekeeper of New York using the "(R) ROGERS (R)" trademark from c. 1901 and the "1881 (R) ROGERS (R)" from c. 1910. The firm succeeded the Niagara Silver Co. (c. 1904) and bought Simeon L. & Geo. H. Rogers Co. in 1918. The firm was an Ontario corporation active in New York and North Hampton, MA, when was bought by Oneida in 1929

...a one woman operation. I handpick all the items that I sell or they are from my own closet/personnel collection.
*If you are new to buying vintage, please keep in mind that it is usually at least 20 years old (antique clothing is at least 100 years old) and probably a one-of-a-kind. Generally these treasures have been loved and worn in their previous lives. Even never worn or dead stock vintage/antique can sometimes show some sign(s) of age. Vintage is not off the rack. It’s usually out of the attic or basement!
I do sell some new items, but most of what I sell is vintage or antique. I do my best to look over each item for any flaws. I will note and photograph (if possible) any flaws that I find. If I do miss something, please know that it is not intentional, but an accidental oversight. (My eyes are not quite what they used to be!) All items are sold as-is.
If you have any problems with your purchase, before leaving negative feedback or low detailed seller ratings, please let me know with a message through ebay. I do list a 2 day handling time (I have Crohn's disease and when it is acting up I sometimes need a little extra time) but once I receive payment, your purchase will usually be mailed in 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday). I print my labels thru ebay so you will have a tracking link to check the progress of your shipment. I will also send you message to confirm that your purchase is on its way.
Fragile & Priority shipments are sent with insurance coverage. If you need something super fast I will be happy to ship it Express for you.
*As a very small business owner I can't afford to cover shipping costs out of my own pocket, so I don't offer "free shipping" on most of my listings.
I do mail all my packages with the shipping amount displayed on the label. You will know what the actual cost was when you check out the label. Due to discrepancies between the ebay estimated cost and actual USPS shipping cost, anytime the difference is more than one dollar I will refund the difference back to you thru PayPal.

Returns
I do accept returns with money back. Please return the item within 30 days. Buyer pays return costs. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable, as they are an expense not a profit. I use the automated return system so you can print out your return label through ebay. This will include a delivery confirmation number so the package can be tracked back to me. Once I have received the item(s) and checked the condition, I will refund your purchase price ASAP.
